Relationships

Illinois Predictions has no commercial relationship with any exchange or platform named on this site. The publisher, Market Movers Media Inc., receives no payment, advertising fee, revenue share, data deal or other benefit from any venue whose quotes appear here, whether directly or through an agency or affiliate program. No spot on any page is for sale. Should that change, this section will be updated to name the counterparty and describe what was agreed and when it began, and the page will show the date of the update.

Advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial or legal advice. A page lays out what a market implies about an Illinois question and what the public documents behind it say; it never suggests a side, a venue or a moment to act. It also does not say whether a person in Illinois is allowed to trade a given contract. That question belongs to the legal status page, which reports the Illinois Gaming Board's letters and the federal cases over the state's sports-wagering law by date and reaches no conclusion.

Editorial independence

No exchange or platform reviews, influences or pays for any page on this site. No venue previews a page, picks the Illinois contracts the site covers, or weighs in on how a race, a club or a settlement rule is described or on when a page comes up for review. Quotes travel from each venue through Prediction Genius, the data supplier, unchanged; the desk does not set or edit them and does not pass one off as a forecast of its own. What gets covered depends on what the venues list and what public documents can support.

The site runs no paid calls to action. A venue link appears in only two places: on a market page and on the gas prices page, where a quoted price opens the contract's page at the venue that quoted it. That address comes from the data supplier exactly as given; the site does not construct venue addresses and appends no referral tag, affiliate code or tracking parameter. Such links open in a new tab and carry rel="nofollow noopener", which tells search engines not to follow them. On cards, rails and section pages a venue's name is plain text. Two kinds of link go to Prediction Genius: a daily game card opens that game's page there, and the line beneath each price stamp credits it as the source of the prices. Any other link leaving the site points at a public document cited in the sentence around it, such as a statute, a court filing, a regulator's letter or a schedule. Nowhere on illinoispredictions.com is there a sign-up button or a referral link, and a reader following a link earns the publisher nothing.
